ARCTURUS SHIELD QUILT 

The Arcturus Shield quilt is the third design in the Constellations Series. This modern foundation paper pieced star quilt was inspired by a desire to return to a more traditional star shape after The Square of Pegasus and Orion's Spur quilt patterns. It is named for Arcturus, Guardian of the bear, and the arc element hidden within the star. It is a foundation paper pieced quilt pattern.
