Due to the nature of the product, please note that all digital downloads are NON-REFUNDABLE. Review the product description and requirements image carefully before placing your order.

Ensure that the correct email address is entered at checkout; the pattern will be emailed to you.

This pattern is for personal use. Do not copy or redistribute. 

 

Fabric / Kits

Refunds after 30 days if the products are damaged. A photo of the damage product must be provided in order to qualify for a return.

If an item is missing, please contact info@shipsandviolins.com and we will work to correct the problem.
